If The Recipient Isn’t Home

What happens if your recipient isn’t home when we arrive? Our experienced drivers will always do their best to ensure flowers are left somewhere safe (such as with a neighbour or in a sheltered location at the property, where possible). A delivery note will be left to inform your recipient where their flowers can be found. If no safe place is available, we’ll return the bouquet to the shop and arrange a convenient time for redelivery at no extra cost within our local area. Your flowers will never be left exposed to the elements—guaranteed fresh, every time.
